Advanced Steam & Thermal Control System
  • Operates with an advanced steam boiler system ensuring uniform heat distribution and energy-efficient production.
  • Equipped with pre-heaters at all stage , Splicer and 16 hot plates for precise thermal management.
  • Pre-heaters condition paper for improved flute formation and bonding performance.
  • 16 hot plates provide controlled heating for final moisture balance and proper adhesive activation.
  • Ensures strong, uniform bonding between liners and medium for high-strength corrugated boards.
